I’m traveling from Australia to the US for 5 weeks very soon and I was wondering the best way to go about managing nutrition and training during this time. I’m also 22 years old and have a training age of a bit less than 2 years.
I know commonly people say to just enjoy your vacations and I agree, but since it is a 5 week period I’m mildly concerned that I may lose some progress.
I planned a mini cut that I’ve just finished, timed so I could drop a few kgs before leaving. Based on this I feel comfortable to not track food while I’m away and enjoy myself but still wondering your thoughts. And for training, is it worth trying to get in 2-3 sessions a week for maintenance of my current muscle? I may try to visit some new gyms for fun anyways too!
