Say I’m doing a P/P/L on Mon/Tue/Wed and I feel like I’m able to run it again for Thu/Fri/Sat, do I do Week 2 on that second run or just do a repeat of the week I am in ?
I.e. do week 1 twice in 1 week
Thinking you can just redo the week if you want to do the exact same exercises as the log book tracks by day and will show progression there. Also you can add workouts to the end of the week if you want to add different exercises. I have done both. Screenshot below.
