If I am an avid golfer but still want to maximize my muscle growth is there a limit on how much golf I should do for cardio. It seems very low impact so it shouldn’t hurt recovery right? (I only walk, never take a cart)

I use to be an avid golfer (FYI). I’ll be getting back into it as my kids get older. Was around an 8 handicap for a solid decade of my life. And probably went from 140-220lbs (ish) while spending all my free time on the course and range. So it’s very doable.
