Hey Joe, again, I know these pain Q’s are hard as I know they’re hard for me as a trainer with my clients when they present things like this but I honestly don’t know what to else to do. I’ve been experiencing pretty terrible ‘golfers elbow’ or pain on the medial side of my elbow for a while now. It’s severely impacted my upper body training and even lower body training which mentally is really hard for me. I took about 10 days off of training upper body and that hasn’t really done much either. I feel like I’ve tried every modality / therapy in the book for this and I even was using BPC157 and TB500 injections for 6 weeks and that didn’t seem to do anything either which was really discouraging. There’s tons of videos online on golfers elbow and I feel most them are all the same (stretch, SMR work, wrist flexion / extension work). My question is what would you do in a situation like this? Should I go see a specialist or am I missing something?
