I watched “my circle rep” video a lot of times and I just wondering about all the Idea of intent of each rep, how much should someone make the rep slowly (example.. ) to feel the muscle stretch and contract.
should someone, lets say beginner, train with intent to hit the muscle or just performing the exercise according the relevant tips (exercise section here)
I know, there are exercises that difficult to feel (barbell squat comparing to leg extension).
if you can to make this topic more clear for me:)
