    Im picking an exercise for a posterior chain day. I already have RDLs on my pull day and wouldnt mind doing them again but i was wondering what your opinions are on good mornings? More specifically with the safety squat bar. Just for variation and maybe try to acheive the same as an RDL with less load. Thanks
