I just added in good mornings today to quad day and they are humbling with lack of weight you need to do. I felt it a lot in abs as well as low back and hamstrings really tried to go as far down as possible. Then RDLs are on hamstring days already normal scheduled. Deadlifts are long the best movement for me so I thought these two would be good instead.
Bryce thanks for your response. I watched a video on YouTube comparing good mornings and RDLs both are good. I used a safety bar so the bar wasn’t moving as much. RDLs are more more comfortable though so if they give similar benefits I’ll stick with them. Thanks
