Joe, I’m giving your Terrence Olympia split a try and my gym has that style smith machine that you’ve talked about in another video. Basically it tracks at an angle rather than straight up/down for no apparent reason.
How does that affect me if I want to do the JM press for triceps? Which direction should I lay in relation to that angle? If I do it right could it perhaps improve the profile of the exercise?
And I have the exact same questions about doing the decline smith machine bench press that kicks off the chest day.
Please let me know how I can get the best out of these two exercises with my goofy smith. Thanks!
