There is problem with 2-3L of green tea a day in cutting ? It help a lot with the hunger but i think it give me problem with the digestion.
What your opinion on this?
Hello, if something in your diet your not confortable with remove it, specially if it’s give you digestive problem. For hunger problems just switch up tour food choices and choose food that contains less calories but big quantities like ( strawberry, potato, popcorn…)
