Grip in pulldowns?

    hey Joe!

    I see in most of your training videos and alot of your lectures you are a big fan of the single arm pulldown (which I have largely adopted as a result) but im also noticing in the videos that supinated grip seems to be the preferred method as well for these?

    I just saw in your latest video you mentioned that if you are on a machine that keeps you well inline-then a dual arm pull is an OK replacement as well.

    I ask bc I was about to buy a MAG bar and they have multiple grip options. just wanted you opinion before I take the plunge.
