I keep it simple, but usually looks like this:
Eggs( i get ones with higher omega3)
Grass fed 93/7 ground beef
45 calorie bread
Fruit( usually blueberries,watermelon, pineapple)
Nut butter( stuff without added oils)
Then always have spinach and bell peppers on hand and usually try to get 3-4 more vegetables and add some variety and different colors.
