    Hi there, first off I’m a massive fan of you Mr. Joe as well as Mr. Bryce. Keep being awesome.

    So I spent 6 months leaning out to 12ish-15ish% BF (I measure it at just above 12% but I’m sure I’m off to some degree)
    After being sick of dieting I jumped into maintenance at approx 26-2700 calories and I have been holding my weight (149) for around 3 weeks now.
    The question is if I am noticing an improvement in progressive overload in the gym and my sleep/recovery isn’t impaired should I hold my calories and this weight?
    I will say despite everything seeming good I do have days where I will get frustratingly hungry if that matters. I have no issue with eating more but I also understand getting “extra fat” won’t serve me any real purpose.

    Yeah it definitely helps and I appreciate it. I forgot to be more specific with the question but if Sleep, Strength, Stress and Digestion are in a good place and I’m looking to add tissue should I be looking to slightly increase my calories when hunger becomes a consistent problem or should I just not fix what isn’t broken?
