So just looking for some suggestions on good movement for quad development that are pretty light on the knees.
Some background I’ve been training 10+ years and over the course of that time I’ve really utilized hacks and barbell squats for my quad development. At the current time between lower back issues and an issue with my knee I can’t really put a decent load on either.
An mri on my knee showed nothing structurallly serious and my orthopedic assumes it’s patella tendinitis or some form of osgood schlatter. I took 6 months off legs while healing from a tear in my upper body and there’s been no improvement. Seems it will be something I need to train around atleast for the time being.
I think hack squats have really been the thing that’s helped build my quads and I just can’t figure any other movement that I can use to really get hat same effect. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you
