I have a Nautilus Xpload lat pull down in my basement like you guys use. By chance have you figured out any creative ways to make the load drop off more in the shortened position?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
I’ve founds that setting the seat as low as possible helps (plate loaded version at least)
Thanks Josh! I’ll give that a try. I was also considering putting some foam pads under the lever.
