I just finished anti flamingo program and it was great (ripped two suit pants in that time) and I traveled 35/40 mins a day, one way to get to the gym. I make the gym a priority but I’m going into a season of life that i want to focus on business more and that drive time is taking a lot of time.
There’s a crunch fitness 5 minutes away and has most things that would work as i contemplate sticking with the program or switching to a different program.
The biggest limitation is that the dumbbells only go up to 80 i believe at the closer gym. I was using 115s in the last program and they are missing a chest supported row.
Would taking the 80s to the max reps 0rir work and be conducive to growth or do I really need to use the heavier weights to make progress?
