I’m one of the poor souls that has to train a planet fitness lol. Ever since it reopening due to coronavirus, half of the machines are closed, the gym is extremely busy to the point where you cannot get access to the right equipment, and it has led me to be really frustrated with my workouts. I normally track numbers week by week and I try to progressively overload on those, either by adding more sets more reps or something. But normally my rest in between sets is the same. I have a barbell, plenty of weighs, Two benches in the squat rack at home. For now, should I stick to using this only instead of machines since I can at least track exactly what I’m doing week to week, and do the same exercises without having to wait?
If you had a barbell, dumbbells, bench and squat rack, would you go to a gym with a shit ton of restrictions?
