I dont know if this is considered a hack squat but its the only one we have on our gym and i couldnt figure out how put the bands on it . I have seen the videos when you explain how to put the bands on the hack squat but this one is kinda different i guess. Any tips?
Seems to be a common problem in newer gyms, equipping them with these v squat or whatever you call them machines rather than true hack squats. I had to search most of Manhattan to find the one crunch gym that has a hack squat.
I never noticed how much they drag you into hip flexion at the bottom until I watched someone else on the machine.
