I am struggling to understand how to get a better depth on my hack. I do think I’m lower than parallel. I have a good feeling on it. However I really want it to go deeper, probably 3-4cm more. I tried to go lower with the feet, or higher. Wider or narrower stance. I tried with putting plates under but the set up is just hard to get because plates slip away. Plus it does not solve the issue.
What would you recommend? Powerlifting shoes?
Also, looking at my picture, could it be that the platform of this hack squat has a weird angle? It feels like the movement ends so quickly from top to bottom.
