Hi All,
Something that has been bothering me during a hack squat is my lower back comes off the pad once I get into full depth calf touching hams, it’s not sore and I don’t feel any strain, is this OK. I have no other rom difficulties apart from this, Ankle mobility is good too as my feet stay planted during the whole movement.
P.s. any chance ye will ever bring a workshop International, say Ireland maybe 😁
