My gym has the Arsenal hack with the adjustable foot platform. I was wondering is there a benefit in a having it on a higher or lower position. I know it’s key to have the feet as low and possible without the heels raising. Thanks in advance!!
Thanks Bryce, I knew you’d guys would be familiar as I’ve seen there’s the same hack in the gym. 100% agree with the low platform being tougher on the knees. I was previously using it on the lower side and my knees would be sore for 2 days after. Reverse banding helped a ton with that and now I’ll give it a go on the higher setting.
