so my question is on foot position on hack squat. It seems like no matter where I put my feet my knees hurt like hell. Below is a pic of the hack at my gym. I’m not sure what the different levels to the foot placement area are. An upper and lower? Elevated heel? Is this a bad hack squat or am I a bad squatter? I can squat 505 but its low bar and wider stance (powerlifting background but switching to bodybuilding). So i know from Joe that you want a lot of torque at the knee. So I need some advice on how to do so. Leg press feels good, leg extension feels as bad as squat. I know im all over the place but any advice helps. Main focus is the hack squat profile. How its suppose to look in the hole.

Hey Joe just wanted to let you know that this did help tremendously. I really was under the impression that I needed to have a narrow squat to hit the outer quad sweep more, not sure why. But wider stance did fix my hack squat and even high bar squat to have zero pain. I will still be checking out the Broga section.. much appreciated, exceeded my expectations on how easy of a fix this was. Thanks!
