hi ther i have two questions, in lower body exercise, what can substitute for exercise A1, i dont have safety bar barbell. can i use pendulum squat machine?
next question is ive been running lower flamingo program for over quite sometime, probably 24 weeks now. wanted to change into another program with 2 lower body exercises, question is should i jumpstart to week 12 schedule right away or start from the beginning.. thank you all, i really enjoy this apps so much..
