    Hi there! Just purchased the app and looking forward to starting a program! I have struggled in the past with jumping from program to program and really want to stick to one – however I’m having a bit of FOMO worrying about which program to choose.

    I’m coming from a full body power building program meant to get the body prepped to run a full program.

    I’d place myself as an intermediate lifter and want to train 4x a week with 5x being a max as I’m about to start a Masters program and will be quite busy.

    I’ve only really only done strength training in the past but really want to work on building muscle. The only thing stopping me from hitting the bropertrophy program is that it is so different from what I have done before.

    Is there one program that may give me the best results as an intermediate? Or is it truly just being consistent with a program? I’m sure it’s a simpler answer than I’m making it out to be but I’d love to really feel solid with the program I choose.
