In the half body 2.0 program I saw there were two chest exercises in the beginning of the workout (one done alone and one in a SS).
I was wondering if it’s ok to swap one of the chest exercises on the upper body days to more of a direct shoulder exercise (i.e. DB overhead press or BB military press)?
i’m a female and don’t really have a super big focus on chest, but I was checking out the program and really like the flow to it, so that’s why I was wondering if I could incorporate more of a direct shoulder exercise instead of one of the prescribed chest exercises.
