    Hey Coaches,

    I saw a video recently from a trainer who talked about how he likes to program upper lower splits done 3 days a week in an alternating fashion, with an added arm/isolation day on the Saturday as an extra 4th day. This would be upper, lower, upper one week then lower, upper, lower the second week, plus the arm (+abs/calves) day both weeks after the 3rd workout.

    I quite liked the sound of this as I enjoy upper lower splits but my arms could use more focus as I’m quite torso dominant.

    I’m curious what your thoughts are on doing something like this with Half Body 2.0 so it’s done mon, wed, fri in an alternating fashion with an added arm day on Saturday?
