I wanna start a half body split. Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri would be the training days.
Upper Body: Low Incline Smith Wide Grip Cable Row (no good rowing machine in my gym) Dips Chins Upright Row
Lower: Leg Press (no hack in my gym) Lying Leg Curl (no seated in my gym) Calf Press DB Lunges
2 sets of every exercise. Set 1: 5-8 reps Set 2: more than 10 reps
Do you think that this split and exercise selection will be useful to build overall mass?
