    Hi guys,

    I’m thinking of doing the half body program (upper lower rest upper lower) , has anyone done this program and how did you find it?

    For me it’s all about reducing my days in the gym but making sure I’m hitting all body parts twice a week. I’m currently doing the Terrance program but feel like I’m wasting a day in the gym for just an arm day and with the 4 day split it gives me more flexibility with my life outside of the gym knowing my boxes are all ticked 👍🏽
