Hey Coach, what your thoughts on Metabolic Pump work in the half body Programm? Would you incorporate some at the end ? Or maybe do some direct after a MP exercise. For expample after a chestpress a cable fly or after pull downs, pullovers with some drops. Or would you don’t do any of this ? Just drop sets or rest pause at the end of some MP exercises ?
I really like Pump work.. and I really like the half body Programm. I would like to incorporate some pump work, to get maybe some extra endranges in.
