    Hey Coach, is it more benefical to have 2 slight diffrent days of each Upper and Lower ?

    Maybe switch a flat machine chestpress to a slight decline on one day. Same exercise but bias diffrent areas. Same as Roller Fly, maybe one day sligth decline the other day slight incline focus. Or switch Quad Lunges for Leg X to hit 2 diffrent overloads in Endranges. What to you think about that? Also on switching maybe Upperback row to lat focus row, and Lat pull down to maybe Rack pull up? I quess you know what i mean. Would it make sense to hit some diffrent areas in that plan ? Or just stick with the same exercises ?
