Half marathon

    Hey Joe, so my wife who has been weight training consistently for many years wants to do a half marathon in a few months. I need to adjust her training, and I never trained somebody that wants to do a half marathon. My first thought would be to drastically reduce her lower body volume, do activations and prep work very frequently to keep her joints “healthy“, and maybe not do as much knee dominant stuff. I am curious what your thoughts are on how I would approach her Weight training specifically? Thanks man
