Ever since I’ve been doing the Arm Abomination giant sets I’ve really enjoyed them as pump work for the endof arm day but not having a Swiss makes me use DBs and using DBs is going good but I’d like to have an alternative.
Titan had a decent deal on hammer curl bars and I went ahead and bought one. Using it for the Tricep extension is there anything I need to know before using it? Also even though it’s profile is smaller than a Swiss Bar what would your thoughts be on using it over banded dumbbell presses. I’ve been doing banded dB presses with a neutral grip and they are going good but figured if its wide enough I could use it as a sub for the Swiss bar until I get one or my gym finally buys one. I think it won’t be a great idea as a sub for banded dumbbells but it’s worth a shot.
