    The iso-lateral low row is probably one of my favorite machines to use because of the position it starts you in.

    My question is, what would be the most optimal position to start in with your hands, chest in relation to the chest pad, and lastly how the hands travel throughout the movement? Thanks in advance for the response

    Thanks for the reply, when I use the machine I have to stand to utilize the chest pad effectively and then move my hips back. The handles are the struggle then, they are shaped like 7’s…the left handle is a 7 and the right looks like a backwards 7. I typically use the lowest point on the “7” to feel good contractions in my late…any thoughts on position?
