    Hi guys…

Wondering your opinion on using the hammer strength plate loaded lat pulldown as a meat and potatoes lat movement as an alternative to a one arm cable pulldown..I ask because the range of motion and arm path looks similar to the nautilus machine you guys use which I don’t have access to .but also allows the alignment component you guys discuss as well as the ability to use the thigh pad…I found me using a cable pulldown..I’m too upright and when I try and seat myself far back..doesn’t allow me to use the thigh pad effectively..

    Thank you gentlemen

I am having issues loaded pics of the machine but yes it would be the one with the handle that allows underhand grip and not the one with the weird u-shaped handle..

I was thinking of attaching a handle to allow my wrist the ability to move as well….

Would you have any tips to maximize the effectiveness of the machine? I know in the lat mass video, Hunter was kneeled and laying back against the machine where you looked like it the more “traditional” way to use it….

does the profile change a lot plate loaded vs the pin loaded?

    Thanks guys as always
