    Hey Joe/ Bryce
    I have recently started doing one hamstring exercise on pull day to bring up its frequency. I tried adding a leg curl before deadlifts and i noticed that i got pretty tired
    Would you suggest doing a sldl instead so i can hit hams and erectors in 1 exercise or just do one leg curl to hit hams?
    Also would knee flexion be better than hip flexion for hamstring developement?
