Had a question regarding one of the older leg day activation videos on the site. Joe there is one motion where the goal is to activate the hamstring while you are in a hip extended position. (Loos kind of like a lunge position set up)
The partner you are with can barely even contract his one back leg off of the ground. I am in a similar position. I am unclear of what this lack of ability is from and I watched the video a couple of times to hear if it was discussed but I don’t think it was. Is this a mobility issue? Would the way to improve this just continue trying to do this exercise? If you could elaborate it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
