Just looking for some feedback on exercise and execution tips in regards to correcting/strengthening a friend’s hamstrings
She has had ACL surgery in the past so her one hamstring is weaker and smaller then the other. She is now at a point where she is able to start training and wants to bring up those weak points…
Would a unilateral approach work best where you do the weaker leg first and then match reps with the stronger leg? would you also suggest the same meat and potatoes movements for the hamstring even done unilaterally?
