Question how do you destroy your hamstrings it just seems to be that one muscle that I can’t get a good fatigue or pump on? Unfortunately we don’t have a seated curl at the gym i go, we having lying and standing. Any help is great

Assuming you’re not getting the response you want from the lying leg curl, I would say trying single leg lying leg curl next. And improve form/control. Pauses under tension in end raises, kiddo spine hip still. Consider using partials to extend sets if your machine isn’t great. Impossible to say for sure, because I can’t see you training hams, but those are good places to start
