    I have a 7 week old and have had quite a few bad nights of sleep. I still like to workout some of those next days just because I enjoy it and relieves stress, but my performance is obviously not as good.

    What’s the best way to handle this?
    1. Power through prescribed workout and be ok with less weight/reps?
    2. Add in a “filler” day that’s off program?
    3. Do prescribed workout but decrease number of sets?
    4. Something else?
