Hello Joe!
Im a 21yo male, 6’1 and 180lbs. For the last 6 weeks, I’ve been slowly increasing my calories from 3k to 5k a day (eating eggs, beef, potatoes, nuts). Sleep is consistently at 8-10hrs/day. Strength-wise Im really satisfied but I’ve barely gained 3lbs on my frame for these 6 weeks. I’m lean (at ~10% body fat). Friends tell me to stop being a pussy and gain some weight but it’s just not working.
Any advice/suggestions?
