MemberHey Joe
As you have already noticed from all these questions,i am struggling a bit in the training side
But things are slighty starting to get better
But,one thing is not
Progressive overload
I mean,i am training pretty hard where i have to train hard, but still my loads aren’t progressing at all
This is getting really frustrating and demotivating at the same time
Can you give a reason why this might happening
ThanksJuly 24, 2020 at 1:38 pm #21747George Kallergis

MemberYeah,understood what you said
For me recovery hasn’t really been the problem, everything is pretty good with food and most of the time sleep
But as i see it i can honestly say that i train pretty hard
My form(without trying to brag) has been almost near perfect in almost every exercise
Having learned stuff such as bracing etc for you has helped a ton on improving my form
Now regarding on how far i take my working sets,i can say that i try pretty hard to come near or to full failure(with good form)
I train by myself and i rarely have a spotter because most of the times i visit my gym on none-crowded hours
As far as volume goes,i am a low volume fan,and i usually rest a lot from warm up to working sets
I do activations before every workout alongside warm up sets for each exercise
Hope this aswered some of your questiomarks about my training
Is there anything more you can think that might be causing the problem
Would really appreciate it
Thanks joeAugust 1, 2020 at 12:34 pm #21975Joe
