What’s up guys so it’s been about a week and a half since I haven’t been getting a pump in the gym. My carbs are at 400. Sodium is high, sleep is 8-9 hours, and stress is low. I just finished doing a 20-ish week cut and cardio has been at 30 minutes five times a week and train 5 to 6 days a week. I was taking anavar for about 10 of those weeks. 25mg for 7.5 weeks then 50mg for 2.5 weeks. Been off of it for about three weeks now and stop getting pumps after all of that cleared out of my system. Not sure if that really has anything to do with it because I was getting insane pumps without being on it prior. What other variables would you guys consider it being?
