Hey! I hope everyone reading is have a great day. My current issue is my left half of my back is not contracting as well as my right half, causing a slightly noticeable muscle imbalance. My left lat and left teres major are both smaller than my right. While doing tbar rows, I don’t feel much happening in my left side. Left side doesn’t move as smoothly as right through rowing motion. I did notice my left lat ROM is not as good as my right and my left teres major or my lat struggle at the fully Lengthed position supinated and pronated with just my arm straight nearly overhead no weight. I also noticed my left front delt gets somewhat uncomfortable. What could potentially be the issue? And how can I fix my mind 2 muscle and get better contractions in the left half in order to grow?
