Hey, I just started HC gives u wings program, which the split is pull, push, back and lower. I know that my body doesn’t recovery fast, so my questions is: what u think if I start with PULL, no biceps. Then PUSH, no triceps. Then add an arm day which is gonna be a small group muscle. Then put BACK and LOWER ? or should i take a rest day after second day(after push day)
