1. Okay, so i was doing the pull workout yesterday of HC gives you wings & I’m not really a fan of single arm preacher curls bc I always feel like my bicep is stretching way too much or I never get a good contraction & the alternative of that is concentration curls. Which I hate & programmed them for 5 months and might of moved up by 1.5-2.5 lbs which meh pumps.
I was doing incline curls before jumping to this program what do you suggest
2. I understand this program is primarily back focused. But 9 sets of chest seems so little. I rarely get any kinds contraction in my chest when I do barbell pushing movements. Hence the inclined smith machine press. I’m kinda concerned I’ll loose progress from only training my chest, shoulders & triceps 1x a week with minimal volume if even that.
