    Hey Guys,
    I have a question that is not directly about muscle building, but I’m still interested in your thoughts.
    For weeks now I’m sick and don’t seem to get rid of it. Nothing crazy, just like a mild cold (No Covid…).
    I eat healthy, take vitamins and Zink daily, I sleep as good as possible with kids.
    I started training last week as I felt better, but immediately had a throwback.
    I’m really pissed of right now as I don’t know what to do.
    So I thought about a fasting for a few days. What is your opinion on that? Other ideas? Thank you!
