Hey coach Joe, thank you for the great app.
I want to start Terrence & Joes current program, but I also do heavy squats once a week and deadlifts twice a week ( between 1-6 reps ).
Can I just add squats and deadlifts to the program or I have to substitute some exercises with them ?
