I have a tough time keeping my heels and whole foot down on the hack squat. I seem to always get up on the balls of my feet.
Is this just a force transfer issue, or could it lead to injury? What can I do to fix? Higher foot position on the base is gonna make it more glutes but I guess that’s ok.
