Hey Joe,
Im currently running the PPL 2.0 in a home gym, that being said I’m limited with equipment and already substituted the hack squat with a heel elevated Bulgarian SS for the first lower day. I’m wondering if instead of doing a quad dominant leg press on the second lower day, a heel elevated BB squat is ok to do again since it’s already in the first lower session. And would changing the rep scheme be a good idea to help with variation?
