I must chose one of this squat blocks for heel elevated squat. Mini squat blocks are with height 35 mm, big squat block is with height 50 mm. I’m using attaches weightlifting shoes. Which option you think is better for my case?
It very much depend on your ankle mobility
Best thing to do would be to try to find with some fraction plate the height which is perfect for you,
And get the wedges which are matching the height
