Hey Joe, I’m looking for some squat wedges similar to the Prime Solos (but not Solos due to extortionate UK price) to help with knee and ankle flexion during quad training. I’m wondering if it matters whether you can or should put your whole foot on the wedge or just heels. I ask this as the wedges i’ve found at a reasonable price seem too small to get my whole foot on (see https://www.thegymrevolution.co.uk/index.php/mini-squat-ramps.html).
